Orders outside the UK maybe subject to customs charges. This varies between country and products ordered and is out of Jayley's (Ubi Ltd's) control. This is payable by the recipient and will be collected directly by the customs authority. The courier will contact the recipient to collect any duties (as our couriers act as brokers).

Jayley want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know in writing within 14 days of purchase for return. Jayley asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Unwanted goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
It's important that any unwanted product is returned in a re-saleable condition, the products must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached, kept in all original packaging. We're unable to refund on the following items:
· Products which have been personalised for you
· Product which have been altered to fit
· Face masks - Please note that all face masks are non returnable and non refundable due to being a hygiene product.
Can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Must be returned with the bag or original cardboard packaging intact.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Jayley will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

All card payments are processed by either Klarna or PayPal. We don't use any other payment gateways. Even one off card payments will be processed by Klarna or PayPal as they are our payment gateway (brokers).
