Issues with Checkout? Here's how to resolve the most common problems!

1) Double check that you entered the CVV number on the back of the card, or front of the card on certain cards such as AMEX.

2) Check the correct details have been added - The could be a wrong digit or entering a different name / address than the one on the card.

3) Not accepting payment on the banking app - most banks now require you to login to your backing app to accept the payment.

4) Not enough funds in your account or your card is blocked.

5) Card blocked within Klarna (This happens if a lot of payments have been made through Klarna recently).

6) Our Klarna powered checkout also requires you to enter your Mobile Phone number and Date of Birth.
