We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately and it is your responsibility to check for any amendments.

Data Privacy

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

By registering for an account, you are agreeing that Jayley are able to store your information for the sole purpose of processing current and future orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that any details we hold about you are kept up-to-date and correct. Should you wish to inform us about any changes to your personal information you can do so using the ‘My Account’ feature (accessible at http://www.jayleyonline.com/customer/account/). If you are using a shared computer or device it is your responsibility to log out after use and to keep your account information private.

Site Security

This website has been protected to help ensure that your credit card and other sensitive information is kept safe from hackers. As part of this, the Jayley website uses a strong SSL authentication for data protection; as well as being fully PCI compliant in not storing any credit card information. This website is protected using an address verification system (AVS) and requires the card verification value (CVV) for credit card transactions to reduce the chance of fraud.

We implement strong security through the use of firewalls and other methods to protect from attacks such as SQL (Structured Query Language) injections and cross-site scripting (XSS). To help combat chargeback fraud, all orders will be sent out with tracking numbers.

This website employs procedures to help combat Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. Such attacks are illegal under section 3 of the Computer Misuse Act and will be reported to the police.

You will never be sent emails asking for your password or payment information.

Product Price

The price that you pay is the one shown at the time of checkout. Although we strive to ensure these are correct, errors may occur and, in such events, we will contact you to provide sufficient opportunity for you to be reimbursed the difference or to cancel your order. In these circumstances, a full refund will be given for cancelled orders. Promotions may be run at any time, without prior notice; however you cannot expect to receive the lower price once the product has been added to your basket and/or your order has been processed.

All prices are shown in pound sterling by default, including a VAT breakdown at the current UK rate, exclusive of delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. International orders may not be subject to VAT; where this is the case, a breakdown will still be shown showing no price increment.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered in the 'Enter Offer Code...' box on the My Basket screen. Any reductions will then be made to the price of the basket. Multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Expired discount codes will not be accepted. Most discount codes will have a minimum order amount and may exclude current sale items, please check the details around the code to adhere to this minimum amount.

Order Payment

Following the successful completion of your order, a confirmation page will be displayed which shows an overview of your order. You will also receive an email version displaying similar information. A breakdown of all of the costs and products ordered will be shown. All orders through the Jayley website are subject to payment checking and stock availability.

Jayley reserves the right to cancel all orders at any time. If you choose to create an account, then you can check the details of your order by logging in, subject to any technical difficulties. If you did not make an account then order details may not be available, however please contact us and we will endeavour to obtain them for you (although no guarantees can be made).

Immediate payment will be taken for Credit/Debit Card orders through Sage Pay. This also applies to PayPal transactions. All transactions fulfilled by Sage Pay and PayPal are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, including shadowing, that are caused by these vendors. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

Extensive payment checks will be carried out on all orders by verifying the details provided using third party databases. By making a purchase you are agreeing to undergo all relevant payment checks. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Delivery Policy

All physical items that have been shipped through the mail or by courier must be signed for at the time of delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. Should your item be signed for by any third party upon delivery to the designated delivery address, Jayley cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.

Digital gifts and intangible purchases can also only be made by an adult and will be fulfilled via email. Jayley do not accept responsibility for any loss of data through deleted emails and the misuse of any digital gifts.

Estimated delivery dates and all delivery charges are shown on various pages throughout the Jayley website. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide only, as they can be affected by factors outside of our control. Any issues caused by delivery companies are their sole responsibility but we will provide with as much support as possible. Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice and promotional reductions on such prices may vary with specified expiration dates.

Orders outside the UK maybe subject to customs charges. This varies between country and products ordered and is out of Jayley's (Ubi Ltd's) control. This is payable by the recipient and will be collected directly by the customs authority.


We're doing our best to be more sustainable and encourage smarter shopping, therefore from Friday 17th March 2023, we will no longer be offering free returns*.  

We’re also going paperless! You’ll no longer receive a delivery note in your parcel, you can find all your order details in your account. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We ask that all garments are returned to us in their original state and free from scents, fragrance or makeup, items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition than their original. 

Please use a trackable service for your return and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

You’ve got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.

A typical refund will take up to 21 days; that's 14 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.

Please note that all in-store purchases must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Faulty items

Please contact us via email sales@jayley.com providing your Order Number (begins #), with as much information as you can regarding the fault. 

We will require images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution. We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods if they arrive or develop a manufacturing fault. Outside this timeframe our customer support will advise further on the available options.

Please note that we are unable to send replacements for faulty items. Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or where an “Express”-type service has been selected as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
Purchases made in store

Items can be returned to the original store of purchase (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note valid for three (3) months.

We do not refund items purchased in-store unless the item is faulty. Faulty items can be fully refunded within 14 days in store only.

Product Imagery

Product photography is for illustration only. The product sold may have minor physical differences depending on manufacturer specifications, colour, production batch, etc. Customers should carefully consider this before purchase.


If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Jayley will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Change or cancel an order

In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team between 9am and 5pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday, or email us here (to arrange returns only). Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online by signing into your account. If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact our Customer Services team or email us here.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please follow our returns procedure.

AdWords and Remarketing

Jayley may remarket your information to serve you company-related advertisements when you have left our website. Remarketing allows us to offer content that is relevant to your browsing history on our website when you visit third party websites. These services may be provided by third party marketing vendors, such as Google AdWords, who have been authorised by us to show Jayley advertisements on their own and affiliated websites. Remarketing uses cookies to serve ads based on your previous activity on our website.

Social Media

Jayley’s social media accounts are monitored around the clock.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Jayley social media profile for any individual without prior warning. We also reserve the right to bring legal proceedings against any individual who posts offensive, abusive or illegal content (where deemed appropriate).

The views expressed by any individual who comments on Jayley social media profiles are those of the individual and do not necessarily reflect the views of Jayley and/or its employees.

Photoshoot Competition

Winner must be over 18 to enter the competition.
Winner must be available for the photoshoot immediately after the competition ends, date and time are to be agreed with Jayley's representative.
Jayley will provide the make up and styling of the whole shoot.
The photoshoot will include a number of five outfits.
Travel expenses are not included, the Winner will have to be able to find it's own way to our headquarters.
Jayley retains permanent copyright to any photographs taken. Jayley may use images taken at your session for portfolio and networking purposes. This includes (but is not limited to): The Photographer’s website portfolio: Business Facebook page: The Photographer’s portfolio album: A special blog post: Printed products and samples (both at the photographer’s studio and also to fill wall space with relevant associates (including but not limited to: midwives, scanning clinics, business cards and printed information for clients) that the photographer uses to present their services.
Jayley retains copyright of the photographs, and hereby grants the Winner unlimited (but non-exclusive) rights to use or reproduce the digital photographs.
The Winner will receive a number of 10 retouched photographs after the shoot. Digital files from the photo shoot remain the property of the Jayley, as the Photographer.

Access to the website may not always be timely or free of errors. Appropriate precautions should be taken to protect your computer or device against the unlikely event that viruses or bugs should become present.

Jayley cannot be held liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions; for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenue, data, profit, contracts, business or anticipated savings) or loss of reputation.

In spite of this, Jayley’s shared liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage will be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of any incident(s).

Your statutory rights as a consumer and contract cancellation rights are not affected.

Jayley strive to follow all legal and reasonable precautions to protect order details and payment information. Therefore, liability for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you will only be given should we be proven to be negligent.

Miscellaneous Provisions

As we and this website are governed by the laws of England, any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England in British English.

Products are issued for domestic use only and are not covered by any form of business insurance. Business use should be at your sole discretion as, where products are taken outside the domestic environment, we cannot guarantee that they will be fit-for-purpose. Our maximum liability in such circumstances would be to issue the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). Any loss of items purchased that are used for business purposes are not our responsibility.

Shipping failures or delays will not be the liability of Jayley should they be wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (whether directly or indirectly).

Any links to third party websites are provided for use at your sole discretion. As such, Jayley do not take responsibility for any viruses, erroneous or illegal information contained within these websites. Use of third party websites is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
