After the success of the 2021 SS21 edition, JAYLEY COLLECTION confirmed their attendance at this year's MODA Spring fair showcasing their new AW Collection for 2022 during 6 to 9 February at the N.E.C. in Birmingham. Jayley’s latest collection hit the runway and left those in view, in shock and awe of the latest collection.
Over the last 2 years, the catwalk fashion shows at MODA had sadly been cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic, this year the show was back with a bang and leading that bang in every colour you could imagine was Jayley Collection.
When exploring the Jayley stand, it's safe to say it can’t be missed due to the laminating colours and atmosphere around their stand; there is so much more than just beautiful garments. It’s clear to see that the path Jayley is on is one to watch very carefully, the passion they have for providing quality to their customers, product background, full of ideas of light with warm tones. Between different shapes, colours and fabric Jayley’s lines have become an empowering message to enhance the strength of all women, it was clear to see this on their stand when women donned the boldest of coats and jackets from left right and centre. Another influential factor was the premium quality and attention to detail used in every garment that is produced. Quality control is one of the most important aspects of making a garment which is also reflected in the fact that a lot of the new additions of the Jayley Collection include sizes from S/M to M/L.
A quality garment is considered not only a sustainable garment but also a product with excellent fabrics and designs.
The Jayley Team were eager and passionate to express how the business was developing to produce products that are better for the planet and better for those who wear them. Their ethos of giving something back to the planet was key within all their new lines. To give an example, when exploring their stand you can expect to see knitwear and trench coats crafted from the banana peel, which was unbelievably soft to touch. Their latest dress collection is crafted from rose petals which filled the air with a warming blossom scent. Not to forget the new crossbody bags made of grape skin showing Jayley to be at the forefront of environmental protection and sustainability.
Jayley Collection has managed to achieve these results by selecting only low-impact materials and introducing recycled materials and components as part of their innovative and sustainable new plant-based collection. The main presence was marked by the UK and Ireland, with guests travelling from Europe and as far as Russia. One visitor from Russia who was representing a vegan clothing line was very interested in the new banana peel cashmere blend jumpers collection.
Being a manufacturer Jayley has always perceived and forecasted upcoming trends which will hit the market and it is clear to see that it’s paying off.
Overall, Jayley’s participation at Moda 2022 has not only allowed highlighting their brand's key ethos, but also to offer new bold statements which has have no doubt brought a lot of positive feedback in all our customers which has been received enthusiastically following the past two years.
